In order to involve young people in national development, who form an important segment of rural population in Pakistan and to improve their standard of living and control their migration to urban areas, it has been decided to launch the “Asan Qarza Scheme”
Asan Qarza Scheme Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: All reputable and creditworthy youth with an age limit of 18 to 35, have refund ability are eligible can apply to this scheme.
Required documents: Copy of the CNIC, Loan File, Agri.Pass / Fard Jamabandi Book, 2 recent photographs.
Maximum loan limit: Rs 0.200 crore per borrower / party.
Borrower contribution: The borrower will deposit 10% of the loan amount as their own contribution.
Collateral: Tangible properties owned by borrowers according to Bank policy. In case the rural youth have no security, the property of their parents / family members can be accepted as a co-applicant.
Repayment schedule: The loan is recoverable in 5 years in semi-annual installments.
Markup Rate: The markup rate in effect on development loans applies.
Monitoring: Strict monitoring is exercised by ensuring the verification of the use by the MCO in 100% of the cases and the verification of a sample of the use by Internal Auditors of the Bank, the Manager, Zonal Manager (Recovery).
