BAJK offers a residential house / apartment building / renovation / purchase loan service in AJK on easy, reasonable / affordable terms. Easy and affordable time limit will be given to the applicant to construct a house, for a salaried person it would be affordable to build a house just by his minimum 30,000 salary.
BAJK House Loan Features
a) Duration of the salaried service; minimum 03 years in Permanent Staff
b) Business / Freelancers; at least 03 years in current business / profession
c) For salaried person: minimum Rs. 30,000 / – monthly take-home salary (at least double the monthly fee)
d) For companies / freelancers: the average monthly income must be 03 times of the monthly fee.
e) 05-15 years for Purchase/Construction
f) 03-05 years maximum for Improvement/Renovation
g) For BTF remaining period of facility
h) No financing will be allowed for purchase of plot
i) Repayment will be on Monthly Installments
BAJK House Loan Eligibility Criteria
a) All AJK / Pakistani Kashmir with valid CNIC
b) All salaried employees of the AJK Government, semi-Government, Autonomous Organizations, National / Multinational Companies (Blue Chip)
c) Commercial professionals and freelancers of domicile AJK
d) Co-applicant allowed for blood relatives husband / wife, parent / child
BAJK House Loan Required Documents
a) Two recent passport size photographs.
b) Copy of current CNIC.
c) Employment certificate / salary receipts for the last 3 months (preferably certified by the Human Resources Department).
d) Bank statement for the last six months that reflects the salary credit.
e) Model 29 in the case of directors.
f) Certificate of account maintenance.
