Pakistan’s standard transporter and carrier PIA and therefore the country’s largest bank, HBL contracted an agreement to give HBL customers a special discount on all their domestic and international travel permits. Present at the ceremony were Sultan Ali Allana, president of HBL and senior executives of both organizations.
HBL and PIA have an established relationship that extends numerous prosperous transactions. HBL stands as PIA’s top banking mate and preferred service supplier for PIA’s banking needs at home and out of the country. The two organizations have also worked together on various local and overseas financing solutions, including HBL’s recent involvement in the USD-denominated syndicated long-term financing facility and PIA’s latest SUKUK offering.
The fact that HBL is the market leader in the credit and debit card market, with the largest number of cardholders, will help make this vision a reality. Transactions can be made both at PIA’s reservation offices (national and international) and through its corporate website, making the process convenient and hassle-free for clients.
