1. Students up to 30 years of age will be allowed to open an account in this scheme. If the student is below 18 years of age, a minor / guardian account will be opened and a new / normal YEA account will be opened upon submission of the student’s CNIC as per the existing procedure.
2. BOP Youth Education Current Account provides the facility of individual accounts in which joint accounts are not permitted while accounts can only be opened in Minor/Guardian and Student categories.
3. BOP Youth Education Current Account provides the facility of minimum balance requirement in which no minimum balance is required to maintain the account.
4. BOP Youth Education Current Account provides the facility of free PayPak Debit card
5. BOP Youth Education Current Account provides the facility of free online banking
6. BOP Youth Education Current Account provides the facility of free issuance of universal Cheque favoring any Educational Institution.
7. The Student qualifying for education cover must be an account holder for at least One Calendar Month.
8. Students will be provided Insurance cover as long as he/she is less than 30 years of age or his/her parent/guardian is in the age band of 18-60 years.
9. Bank will provide free of cost education insurance cover to students amounting Rs.20,000/- per month for 24 months in case of Natural Death and Permanent Total Disability of Parent/Guardian (one person only), whose name has been reported to the bank at the time of account opening.
10. In case of Accidental Death, the insurance cover will be doubled to Rs.40, 000/- per month for 24 months. Terms, conditions & exclusions of insurance companies will apply.

BOP Youth Education Current Account Eligibility and Required Documents
1. The account holder must be of Pakistani nationality.
2. The age limit of the account holder must be in the range of 18 years and above.
3. The account holder must provide the valid copy of CNIC.
4. In case of non-Pakistani residence the account holder must provide the valid copy of Passport.
5. The account holder must provide the recent size photographs.
6. The account holder must provide the documentation proof of residence either electricity bill, water bill, tenancy agreement addressed in their name.
7. The account holder must provide documentation proof of income resources.
