It was a program of the Government of Pakistan under the authority of National Alien Registration Authority (NARA), NADRA and Narcotics Control. The main purpose of this program was to document the legal registration, immigrants and other foreigners in the country. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has started registering non-natives living and / or working in the country through its biometric information system.

NARA Card provides the following benefits:

3. Residence in Pakistan.
4. Visit everywhere in Pakistan.
5. Education in public/private institutions.
6. Mobile and utilities connection.
7. Driving license.
8. Car Registration.
9.      COVID-19 Vaccination.
National Alien Registration Card Required Documents
In order to get NARA new card, the immigrants must provide:
