- Fill out the application form.
- Upload documents. Picture And CNIC Front & Back Side
- Click on Submit
- Generate payment slip ( Note PSID Number )
- Then Go To Jazz Cash App And Pay Your Fee
How To Pay Driving License Fee Via Jazzcash App

2= Click On Below Search Option
3= Search GOPD And Click On GoPd Government Of Punjab
4= And Then Enter Your PSID Number
5= Click On Continue
After confirmation of payment you have to return to the DLIMS website Payment Page
And Then Click On Continue
