Residents of Pakistan Male and female and overseas Pakistanis with Pakistani nationality who do not have their own home can build their own home by taking a loan from Habib Bank Ltd ( HBL ).
Habib Bank Ltd. is giving a loan of Rs. 2.7 million to Rs. 10 million under Mera Pakistan Mera ghar Scheme.
People can take loans to build a five-Marla house or a ten-Marla house

To buy a house
To buy an apartment or flat
To buy a plot and build a house
Three categories have been created by Habib Bank. Candidate can apply in any of these categories.
Number 1 category
Candidate to buy a five marla house flat apartment with an area of 125 square feet to 850 square feet
Candidates in this category can take loans up to Rs 2.7 million
Number 2 category
Candidate five marla house flat apartment with area from 125 square feet to 1250 square feet
Candidates in this category can take loans up to Rs 6 million
Number 3 category
Candidates should have 250 square feet to 2,000 square feet to build a ten marla house flat apartment.
Candidates in this category can get financing up to Rs 10 million.
Note :
Candidates applying in number one category can take loan to buy a house in Neya Pakistan Housing Scheme project.
Eligibility Criteria For HBL Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Scheme.
All Pakistani men and women who have a national identity card
Existing customer must have six months work experience with HBL
Only those who do not have their own home
First time applicants in the Government of Pakistan’s subsidy scheme
Candidates can apply from all cities of Pakistan where HBL branches are located
Minimum and maximum monthly income is not a requirement
