Muslim Commercial Bank is providing loan under Government of Pakistan’s subsidy scheme Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar.
Candidates with have a CNIC from all over Pakistan can build their house by taking a loan under this scheme
Male and female candidates of Pakistani nationality who are above 18 years of age are eligible for this scheme
Customers can get financing of Rs 2.7 million to Rs 6 million to buy a five-marla or ten-marla house flat apartment.

Eligibility
1 ) Men and women of Pakistani nationality
2 ) People who do not have a private house or flat or apartment
3 ) Under this scheme, a person can take a loan only once
4 ) In addition to financing a plot, a loan can also be applied for construction on it.
5 ) Loan can be applied against property on which the borrower will be the first purchaser
6 ) Customers can also take out loans to expand their home

- For buy house and plot
- For home construction
- For home expansion
Loan repayment ( Loan Tenor )
The customer can take a loan on monthly installments of 10 years or on monthly installments of 20 years.
Minimum: 10 years
Maximum: Upto 20 years
Candidates can take a loan for a house of 5 or 10 Marla
