Government Markup Subsidy Scheme Purpose of Credit
1. Home loans can be made for structural improvements (expansion / extension), new construction, or purchase.
2. Structural Improvements are an incremental expansion or extension to the existing home, provided the total area does not exceed the limits mentioned above.
3. The new construction includes the construction of the housing structure on the plot, the completion of a new structure, etc.
