Punjab Bank is providing loans to all Pakistanis for 5 marla houses Apartment flat And 10 marla houses Apartment flat under the government’s affordable home loan scheme.
A loan of Rs 2.7 million to Rs 10 million can be taken from the Bank of Punjab
All men and women can submit application form after paying 5000 processing fee
Under Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Scheme, salaried persons and businessmen and professionals can build their own house by taking a loan.
Eligibility Criteria
- Men and women with national identity cards
- First time home builders
- First time applicants in the Government of Pakistan’s subsidy scheme
- Age between 25 and 60 years
Punjab Bank has created three categories
Tier 1
Tier 2
Tier 3
Can be applied in any one of these categories
Tier 1 = A five-marla house ranging in size from 125 square feet to 850 square feet
And flat apartments with an area of up to 850 square feet.
Loan : 2.7 Millions to 3.5 Millions
Tier 2 = A 5 Marla house ranging in size from 125 sq yds
And flat apartments with an area of up to 1250 square yds.
Loan : 6 Millions
Tier 3 : A 10 Marla house ranging in size 250 sq yds.
And flat apartments with an area of up to 2,000 square yds.
Loan : 10 Millions
