The Bank of Khyber offers Suhana Ghar Scheme for all salaried employees of government, semi government, autonomous bodies, either in national/ multinational companies and also fixed term employees of UN agencies & foreign embassies. Additionally, self-employed professionals & businessmen can also apply for this scheme.
Scheme Name:
· Bank of Khyber “Suhana Ghar” Finance
Eligibility Criteria:
· Having valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
· Age limit for this finance is 22 to 55 years for employed person and 22 to 60 years for businessman.
· Minimum 5 years in business/service.
· Minimum monthly Income will be thirty thousand only (PKR 30,000/-).
Target Customers:
· All Salaried employees of government, semi government, autonomous bodies, either in national/ multinational companies and also fixed term employees of UN agencies & foreign embassies
· Self-employed Professionals & Businessmen.
Loan Amount:
· Construction & Purchase: seventy five percent (75%) of cost which maximum up to PKR 40 million
· Renovation: seventy five percent (75%) of cost which maximum up to PKR 5 million
Repayment Period of Loan:
- Purchase & Construction: five (5) to twenty (20) years, the installment will be on monthly basis.
- Renovation: three (3) to ten (10) years, the installment will be on monthly basis.
Others:
· The insurance of compulsory life & property.
· Availability of balance transfer facility.
· The maximum construction period up to 12 months
· The parents, spouse and adult son(s) can be as co-applicant.
· The allowed of partial & pre-mature adjustments.
· The loan is also available in Islamic mode of financing.
