Three categories have been created under New Pakistan Scheme. Customer can apply in any one category.
Category 1
Five Marla House Flat Apartment with sizes 125 square yds to 850 square yds.
Loan : 2.7 Million to 3.5 Million
Category 2
House Flat Apartment ( 5 Marla ) with sizes 1250 square yds to 850 square ft.
Loan : 6 Million
Category 3
House Flat Apartment ( 10 Marla ) with sizes 250 square yds to 850 square ft.
Loan : 10 Million
Tenor
The customer can borrow on monthly installments of 5 years or 10 years or 20 years.
