Soneri Personal Finance Features
1. Apply for financing: Salaried individuals of approved companies.
2. Minimum service length requirement: Min 1 year in current employment or 2 years of continuous employment with permanent status
3. Age requirement: Minimum 21 years and maximum 60 years at the time of loan maturity
4. Minimum monthly net take-home salary requirement: Rs.25,000/- for salaried individuals of approved companies (payroll accounts with Soneri Bank Limited)
a. Rs.40,000/- for salaried individuals of approved companies (other than payroll accounts)
5. Mark-up rate is 1 Year KIBOR plus 10%* and 2% rate break will be allowed/given, in case of BTF.
6. Maximum finance amount: Rs.1 million (Rs.2 million for prime customers)
7. Maximum tenure of Finance: 1 year to 5 years

5. Total monthly reimbursement installments must not exceed 40% of take-home take-home pay (taking into account account other financing facilities available from different banks / DFIs)
