1. Who Can Apply: Employees of legal persons, entrepreneurs, self-employed and natural persons who receive foreign remittances.
2. Minimum Employment Requirement: Minimum 2 years in current employment or 3 years of continuous employment with permanent status.
3. Maximum Age Requirement: The applicant’s age must not be older than 60 years at the time of maturity of the loan for salaried persons and 70 years for entrepreneurs and freelancers.
4. Minimum Monthly Income Requirement: Rs.100,000/- (net take-home salary) for Salaried Individuals
a. Rs.300,000/- for Businessmen and self-employed professionals
b. Rs.200,000/- for Individuals receiving foreign remittance
