• All Pakistani nationals who have a national identity card ( CNIC )
• First time home Owner
• First time applicants in the subsidy scheme
• Construction and purchase of housing Unit
• Processing fee Rs 4,000
• 16% FED On Processing charges Rs 1640
• Age Between 20 to 65 year
• No Minimum Income Required
