Khushhali Apna Makaan Scheme Eligibility Criteria
1. All Pakistani men/women holding a valid CNIC
2. Must be 25 – 65 years old at the time of applying for loan.
3. First time home owner (does not own any constructed house) with submission of undertaking as per Khushhali Apna Makaan process and procedures document annexures.
4. One individual can have subsidized house loan facility under this scheme only once
5. Exclusions as applicable per Bank’s Credit policy
