Khushhali Apna Makaan Product Purpose
1) Financing for the purchase of Built Housing
2) Financing for the purchase of a flat
3) Financing for the purchase of Land and subsequent construction
4) For the construction of a house on land owned by the client.
5) Extension / Extension at home owned by the client
Khushhali Apna Makaan Loan Eligibility Criteria
1) All Pakistani men and women who have a valid CNIC
2) You must be between 25 and 65 years old when you apply for the loan.
3) First-time homeowner (does not own any built home) with submission of pledge according to Khushhali Apna Makaan process and procedural document attachments.
4) A person can have a mortgage loan service subsidized under this plan only once.
5) Exclusions as applicable according to the bank’s credit policy
Khushhali Apna Makaan Tenure:
· Minimum: 5 years
· Maximum: 20 years

· Equal Monthly Installments
Khushhali Apna Makaan Collateral:
· In accordance with the SBP’s instructions on GMSS, the financed home will be mortgaged in favor of KMBL.
