Khushhali Agri Plus is offered to farmers for the purchase of agricultural machinery and irrigation tools. All Pakistani people between the ages of 22 and 65 can apply for this loan. A maximum of 200,000 PKR is offered as a loan to develop livestock, agriculture and other businesses. The loan process is so easy and fast.
Khushhali Agri Plus Loan Eligibility Criteria
1. Age: 22 – 60 years
2. 3 acre minimum land tenure (for tractor financing)
3. Doing business in the same location for the past year
4. Resident of the same place for the last 2 years
5. NADRA CNIC / SNIC support
6. Not defaulting on KMBL or other banks

1. For irrigation tools
2. Mortgage (only up to PKR 1 million) / Commitment / Mortgage / Marking of liens / Mixed collateral in case of new irrigation equipment and tools
3. For new and used tractors
4. Lien marking (HPA) and commitment

* Annual fees are allowed only in those cases if the applicant’s cash flow is fully tied to sugar cane.
