Insta Car Ijarah is a Shariah compliant facility where the bank acts as the lessor and the customer acts as the lessee. Customers pay extremely low monthly rent for the use of the vehicle, under this model. The ownership of the vehicle remains in the Bank, however, only the usufruct rights will be transferred to the customer. At the expiration of the Ijarah period, the customer has the option of returning the vehicle to the bank and receiving the security deposit paid at the start of installation or purchasing the vehicle at market value.
