1. Requirement for Resident Account
a) For Individual accounts:
I. The account holder must provide the original CNIC along with a verified copy
II. The account holder must provide the valid documents of Job Card / Job Letter and Salary Slip for Salaried individual
III. The account holder must provide the valid documents of any other proof of income
IV. The account holder must provide the valid documents of child Registration Certificate/B-Form/Student ID card (For Minor)
b) For Sole Proprietor accounts:
I. The account holder must provide the valid documents of original CNIC along with verified copy
II. The account holder must provide the valid documents of proprietary rubber stamp
III. The account holder must provide the valid documents of Copy of NTN (attested by Notary Public)
IV. The account holder must provide the valid documents of Certificate or proof of membership of trade bodies etc., (wherever applicable)
V. The account holder must provide the valid documents of Request for Opening of Account on letterhead
c) For Partnership Accounts:
I. The account holder must provide the valid documents of CNIC copy of all partners (verified)
II. The account holder must provide the valid documents of Partnership Rubber Stamp
