·         Tenure of Loan            1 to 5 years

·         Minimum Age of Borrower for Salaried is 21 Years and for SEB/SEP is 23 Years

·         Maximum Age till Maturity of Loan is 62 years (Salaried-Permanent) and 65 years (SEB/SEP/Pensioner)

·         Minimum Salary/Income;

Permanent Employees salary from Approved Companies must be 30,000 Rs and Companies: 35,000/- from Non-Approved

Contractual Employees salary from Approved Companies must be 40,000 Rs 45,000 Rs Non-Approved Companies

·         SEB/SEP of Branch Customers, Rs. 55,000 (Average Balance)

·         SEB/SEP of Non Branch Customers, Rs. 100,000 (Average Balance)

·         Finance Amount subject to DBR is Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 2 Million
