Housing Finance For Low Income Group Eligibility Criteria
1) Applicants must be a citizen of Pakistan.
2) Permanent employee with a minimum of 3 years of continuous employment.
3) Monthly net income must not exceed PKR 100,000 per month and the household must not exceed PKR 140,000 per month.
Age Requirement
· For salary individuals the minimum age requirement is 23 or older at the time of loan application and 60 or retirement age, whichever occurs first at the time of loan maturity.
· For business persons the minimum age requirement is 21 years or older at the time of the loan application and 65 years at the maturity of the loan.
Loan Amount
· Minimum loan amount is Rs.500, 000/-
· Maximum loan amount is Rs. 4,500,000/-
Loan Tenure
· Minimum loan tenure is 3 years
· Maximum loan tenure is 20 years

c) Two recent Passport size photograph
d) Salary Slips of attested salary certificate for last three months
